There’s something silly that happens as we get more success… we also can feel more pressure to have it all figured out.

To know the right answer at the right time.

Buuut that’s actually the opposite of how so many of us build our career or business in the first place.

It’s so much easier to act like a beginner when you’re new…

But that beginner attitude, of trial and error, experimenting, and doing something bc you LOVE IT or, maybe just because you’re curious, is what started you on this path.

Don’t lose that. ❤️‍🔥

My BIGGEST pet peeve 🙄

When people act like they have all the answer (but really they’re just repeating what they think you want to hear)

I’m much more interested in what you do know and in hearing about your experience than hearing what you *think* you should say to sound smart
