Here’s your guide to + .

Location: 9635 Giles Rd, La Vista, NE

Frozen custard + baked treats are a dream combo, and you can now get both at this spot! Sprinkle Joy recently moved in with Happy Mango Bakery. You should go visit if you haven’t yet!

FOR MY FRIENDS WITH SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS: Sprinkle Joy usually has a dairy-free custard, though it was out of stock when we visited. For gluten free, just watch out for the toppings. And for Happy Mango, they usually have GF maracons or you can make a custom order. Though keep in mind overall this is a shared kitchen, so cross contamination can happen.

Thanks to Sprinkle Joy for sponsoring this post!

🚙 Parking
There’s a large attached parking lot in front of the strip, so it’s free and easy to park.

🚌 Metro Bus
Route 93: 84th & Giles Rd SW (25 min walk)

📣 Accessibility
There are no steps to get in or around the building. All tables are low enough to be accessed while using a wheelchair.

Location: 7205 Dodge St, Omaha, NE (corner of 72nd & Dodge)

‘s Central Library opens on THIS SUNDAY, April 19th! Watch this video to get a lay of the land before you go visit.

The space is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and well worth the wait. Whether you’re a bookworm or not, you should definitely take a stroll through the floors, grab a cup of coffee from the cafe, see the architecture, and find a quiet space to relax or work.

Also, this is your reminder that you don’t need a library card to use the space! Anyone is welcome to grab a seat at the library to study, work, charge your device, etc. (But if you’re a Douglas County resident, you should get a card cause they’re FREE and give you access to a ton of other perks beyond checking out books!)
