Replaced my dryer. Here’s what I learned:
💠 don’t have something delivered and installed on a Friday because if something goes wrong, no one can help you over the weekend.
💠 the people in store at are MASSIVELY more helpful than the two people I talked on the phone to in customer service.
💠 how to use a ratchet. If that’s what that is actually called lmao
💠 installing a dryer isn’t actually that hard and I should have just done it myself from the beginning.
At the end of the day, Lowe’s reimbursed me for everything, even the delivery of the first broken dryer (which I was told by customer service originally, that they wouldn’t do that).
Moral of the story, you can advocate for yourself in a respectful way, and sometimes when you need something done correctly, you just have to do that s**t yourself! ❤️
