Run number 11 using the Thought I would test my 5k time today and honestly was disappointed. I’ve been running now for a couple of months and thought I would be able to knock out a 5k. I’m not going to lie it’s a little discouraging, but I’m hoping at some point I’m going to be able to look back on this post and use it as motivation to show how far I’ve gone since now. I’m certainly not going to let this stop me. I’ve got some work to do before the 5k. My goal was to do under 40 minutes. I’m not sure that’s going to happen, but I’m sure going to try!!

Run number 10 using the I filmed this yesterday, so I’m basically caught up with my run posting. I graduated from interval runner to novice runner, which is level 5 on the Joggo App. Instead of all short intervals, I’m now doing slow runs of 10 to 15 minutes. I’ve got a little under 3 weeks before my 5k, so I’m happy to see some longer timed runs in there. Remember, you can do hard things!
