Opening in March 2012, DEVELOP MODEL MANAGEMENT is Omaha’s modeling authority as a modeling & fashion school and placement agency. With the level of experience and numerous fashion contacts throughout the world, DEVELOP’s expertise is unsurpassed in the Midwest market. In August 2012, DEVELOP MODEL MANAGEMENT became a proud sponsor of Omaha Fashion Week; supporting OFW in booking and training it’s

models. In February 2013, Develop owner Alyssa Dilts was named OFW’s Casting Director responsible for managing scouting, booking and training the Omaha Fashion Week models. In the summer of 2014, Alyssa launched Omaha Fashion Camp along with Omaha Fashion Week producers Nick and Brook Hudson, teaching the area's youth on how to design, sew, model and photograph garments and accessories. DEVELOP MODEL MANAGEMENT models are living around the world making successful careers and they all got their start right here in Omaha, Nebraska.

We are beyond thrilled to highlight the incredible talent in our community through the 2025 Develop Model Management Photography Contest.

Our panel of judges—from LA to Chicago to New York—was blown away by the creativity and vision in every single submission. After reviewing the work of 19 entrants, we are excited to announce our 2025 Contest Winner: photographer Tasia Belmont, featuring models Will Mass & Skye Kowalski!

One judge even said: “Everything was on point—from the quality of the photography to the location, styling, and choice of models.” Bravo!

As the winner, Tasia will receive:

Meet Our Spring 2025 Scouted Contest Winner – Everly Hiner!

Her prize? A full-on dream experience: a professional photoshoot at the brand-new Scout Babe Studios, complete with hair and makeup glam by Alia Jackson and styled-to-perfection wardrobe by Zi.

From Omaha Fashion Week’s Spring runway, hundreds of models brought their best. After narrowing it down to 30 standout finalists, Everly captured the spotlight and earned the most votes!

This season’s contest took a playful nod to Y2K nostalgia with a fresh 2025 edge—and Everly embodies that spirit perfectly.
