The Arlington Senior Center gave art therapy a try that included midline crossing and bilateral art. Midline crossing refers to the ability to reach across the body’s center with a hand, foot, or eye, while bilateral art involves using both hands simultaneously to create art, engaging both sides of the brain.

Bingocize is a health promotion program that combines bingo with exercise and health education. It’s designed to help older adults improve their physical, cognitive, and social health. The Camelot Senior Center and Florence Senior Center host Bingocize weekly, and they are looking for more people to join in on the fun.
