Just wait until you see the tile on the floor and in the shower 🥰 We always say we’re excited to share what we’ve been working on—but it’s true every time! We pour a lot of thought into our designs, making sure it hits the mark both functionally and aesthetically. The spec we’re building in Privada has the perfect mix of texture, sophistication, and everyday functionality. We seriously can’t wait for you to see it!

When finishing this basement, our clients envisioned a spacious workout room with plenty of room for equipment, a sauna, and space to move—and we made it happen! The bold barn door they chose adds both style and function, making a statement from the start. We love how it all came together! 😍

Here’s a look at the primary bathroom and closet in our newest 1.5-story plan! The bathroom will include a spacious vanity, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a private water closet. The primary closet will be impressive, featuring a large island with countertop space and drawers for extra storage, plus a dedicated spot for a washer and dryer. Fun fact: this home is designed with convenience in mind, offering three separate laundry areas throughout!
