Ansuz. A rune of communication, knowledge wisdom, learning, planning, and insight. Some great stones to use for these aspects of Ansuz are blue calcite, blue apatite, celestite, blue lace agate, larimar, and amazonite. Most of these offer third eye and throat chakra correspondences.

Citrine and Mannaz. Citrine is a stone of energy and power. It grounds negative energy and is a powerful cleanser and regenerator. It raises confidence, self esteem, and helps remove destructive tendencies. It’s a stone of abundance and of the sun. So it’s also fantastic with Sowilo and or Fehu. Mannaz is a stone that represents mankind, a group, and the support of a community or collective experience. Using citrine with Mannaz is a great way to promote a balanced workplace, study group, or friend pod. It helps keep things on point and moving forward without burnout. It can help a group see a project through to the finish line and help individuals work well as a team.
