Each week I get to listen to MatthewMcConaughey's "Lyrics of Livin'" and last Friday's episode, "Own It" really struck me. For every relationship we enter (business, personal, whatever it looks like), we should go into it with an "owner's mentality" - to give our best and our all, rather than a "renter's mentality" - this is temporary and won't really last, so I don't have to give it my all. Definitely worth a listen:
