Waited out the storms this morning then headed out deep with my buddy Jeb in my 23' Sportsman Boats. We had a goal of catching at least one keeper Gag Grouper. The first few spots we pulled up to that I had luck in the past were pretty slow. We made a good move and found a nice Gag Grouper hole but the sharks wouldn't let up. So I made the call to head back in before it got too rough! Luckily this one will still provide some nice meat.

Waited out the morning storms then headed offshore with my buddy Jeb. Dropped big live baits down and hooked into some monsters today but even using the boat as leverage, the amount of big sharks just wouldn't let us land anything. Did manage to catch some beautiful species on lighter tackle at least!
