On another note... It is so hard for me to find a pair of jeans that fit me well. B***y, real thick thighs and a smaller waist. BUT I have legitimately found two pairs in one week that fit like butter. Soo cute AND comfy. These distressed jeans are amazing and then I got the looser bf Jean from 🙌🏼 super excited!!! Favorite day of the week. Working out and eating right have consumed me. Really working hard and I could shout from the rooftops how great is. They encourage you every step of the way and provide the most kicka** and empowering workout ever. Thankful for this journey and thankful for Wednesday’s so I can share my love for this gym🥊🥊🥊

🔥 so happy to feel good in the gym after fighting off a nasty cold. Today’s class was awesome and for weigh in... I’m down 7 pounds! I know it’s not about weight and numbers but it feels like a good accomplishment and I can tell my body is saying THANK YOU!

Prioritize meal prepping! If you have a busy schedule + tend to gravitate towards easy/unhealthy/quick bites or snacks- meal prepped meals are a life saver. It takes out the stress for the rest of the week and takes out the panic in what you reach for to eat! Make it yummy🤪
