Amazing time putting the “graduation bow” on guiding this church leadership team into significant personal, professional, and team oriented breakthrough.
Their new lead pastor was/is a client of ours from over a year ago, when he found himself a bit stuck and stalled out in a prior role - and as a result of our guiding him through our signature breakthrough program, he ended up taking on this new position in a new church 6 months ago.
Now, their average weekend attendance has tripled as he has stepped into this new role with a newfound confidence and courage in exactly who God made him to be as a senior leader.
He then brought us in over the last 3 months to guide his new leadership team to more deeply understand and align with their unique giftedness and purpose - all so that he could leverage and position them for greater impact as the church continues to accelerate to new heights.
Leadership matters.
Clarity matters.
Purpose matters.
Unique giftedness matters.
Culture matters.
Alignment of all of the above not only matters, but is essential to individual and team oriented breakthrough.
