Facebook. Chief. This may get interesting to watch. Fugiwhara effect appears to be setting up in Atlantic. One weak storm feeding a stronger twin storm. Should stay out to sea but the weaker storm may get close to the east coast. All eyes watching. I’ll keep you updated.

FB. Chief. Before all the Tik Toks and fear mongering posts start, I already have my eyes on this possible storm set for around Sept 19-20. Possible close call for Florida if the high pressure builds the way the models are suggesting. Mind you this is 2 weeks in the future, way too early to talk tracks. Ensembles are showing something coming. Stay tuned

Facebook. Chief. This is not the storm out there now, this is one that the GFS is saying that’s going to hit Au g 31. Don’t give into hype, remember, the current one showed the same thing 3 weeks out.

Facebook…. CHIEF. This is a long way away, but both the EURO and GFS are showing a strong Hurricane barreling into the east coast around Aug 19-20. Before you start seeing the fear mongers posting about a pending doomsday event, this is almost 3 weeks out and anything can change. If it keeps true, I’ll be keeping you updated. Good time to make sure you have a supply list just for preparing , but i wouldn’t lose any sleep yet.

Oh yes FB it’s that time of year again. It’s the Chief. Well what the hell is this? This is Invest 93. Nothing to worry about , it will bring much needed rain to the state, just going to make for a soggy week of on and off rain. Don’t expect anything major for us, just an inconvenience for outdoor activities.

Facebook. Chief. First time since 1989, we are in a winter storm watch. Sleet and snow possible tues evening going into Wed morning. Drive carefully. This has the potential to be a traffic mess.

Facebook. Chief. You may have seen hype about Jan 11 or 12 and having snow in Florida. Please don’t believe the hype yet. This is 12 days out, if 5 days out and it stills shows it, then get excited. Models are consistent with it though

Facebook. Chief. While I don’t post a lot in the winter, when it’s something kinda neat though I will. Xmas storm possible forming off coast that could POSSIBLY bring frozen precipitation very close to Fla. White Xmas for Jax? Doubtful, but it will be very close.
