March of 2023 I was out at shooting with the team when decided to send the massive freeride line built for . Pretty sure everyone on the property stopped what they were doing to line up and watch Kenny hit this thing 😳

What’s in my case 🧳

I’m on the road almost every weekend during the season, so this thing has to be dialed. Cameras, glass, audio, backups… and all the random little stuff that somehow becomes essential on race day.

Nothing fancy. Just what I actually use week in and week out.

Had about an hour before opening ceremonies in Seattle, so instead of sitting around I walked a few blocks from the stadium and shot some urban street stuff 🚏🚦

I’ve learned the more you step outside your usual lane, the sharper your eye gets when you come back to it.

Try new things. Even if it’s just for an hour 🤝🎥

SFX breakdown for a recap with the Quad Lock Honda squad 🎧

I’m far from a sound design expert, but I’ve gotten into the habit of spending 10–15 extra minutes after finishing an edit to layer in a few subtle sound effects.

It’s wild how much those little touches can elevate a recap! What are you guys adding to your edits that makes the biggest difference? 👇

Tip of the day: Try new things ✅

Shooting 31 rounds of SMX and sticking to the same angles every weekend would get stale fast. Pushing myself to try new things keeps it fresh and helps my visuals and deliverables feel different every single weekend. Growth lives right outside the comfort zone 🤝🎥
