so you finish a show on Netflix and a new one starts. I havent had time to watch anything for so long. This one is condo's I am very familiar with. SHHHHHHHHH yikes. Toxic Love Story. Crazy story!

The True StoryThe documentary follows Ian Diaz, a U.S. Marshal, and his new wife, Angela Diaz. The couple reports receiving violent, threatening emails from Ian's ex-girlfriend, Michelle Hadley.

Once humanity is balanced & we do what we are here for (love) then all is well.
This story is beautiful. The Go Fund Me was a success & everyone felt she needed to be at home! In CA if someone passes in a home within 3 years of the sale, it must be disclosed. Whether by natural causes, homocide, su***de or felony. I believe if it’s a “material” fact such as carbon monixide, dangerous electrical, contamination…that caused the death then it would be relevant and other states adopt that. I guess CA stands alone on the 3 yr rule! 🥲 Everyone should be able to pass as home & it should not put a “stigma” on the home!

Too many cars? This is a 4 car garage property with room for many more. Gated, 2 full driveways. RV, Boat, Hauler potential.
