The NFL Draft is over and the big takeaway in Buffalo wasn't the need pieces on a Defense that arguably cost us the biggest games over the past 5 years, but why we didn't draft a WR before the 7th round. Speaking of the 7th round, Stevie Johnson was drafted in the 7th round. He was the only Bills receiver ever to have 3 1,000 yard seasons in a row until Stefon Diggs. He joins to talk draft and a special event on May 1 2025 at Electric City in downtown Buffalo with Adam Schefter from ESPN. They will discuss the Origin Story of Bills Mafia. Enjoy this. This cat was in Goodfellas, Dumb and Dumber, The Natural, and worked with Hanks, Freeman, Costner, Pacino, Deniro and more iconic names from Hollywood. He'll be in Buffalo September 15th 2024 for a Celebration of Life for Bill Cowell's daughter Alyssa. Bill is the founder of the Buffalo Niagara Film Festival. Our guest on this episode, actor Mike Starr, met Bill and became instant friends with Bill as he was readying a documentary about The Natural. Mike's connection to Buffalo is awesome and he talks proudly of his Buffalo experiences. You can meet Mike this weekend. Check out the scroll throughout for how to do that.
