FUNFACT: I’ve been bowling since I was 4!
On a team . I really am thinking about joining a team. Every time we bowl I love to get competitive 😝 I enjoy it so much. My body not so much . I am sore as heck .. Always good times

Just remember you don’t always win .. but you get to team and wake up the next day giggling at all the fun you had the night before .

Took this little monster to the park. Bear also joined. They love the Bluejay. They got to go on a long ride in the snow. It was nice to just drive and look at the beauty of life. It was 1* when we were outside so they got at least 20 minutes of zoomies out. 😝🥰🫶🏼🐾 😴

Bear is healing up so well. I’m so glad. He crawled on the couch tonight was poking me with his nose and then rolled on his back so I started scratching is belly. He started to bite at my hands like he used to before he hurt. He’s so much more energetic and happy💚. Now he’s getting all the snuggles on the couch🙏🏼 . Hope you all are staying blessed.

Ilu znasz ludzi, którzy mówią:
Nie chcę pić wody przed snem, bo będę musiał wstawać w nocy...?

Nie wiedziałem o tym!
Zapytałem mojego lekarza, dlaczego ludzie często sikają w nocy. Lekarz odpowiedział, że ciężkość serca trzyma wodę na dnie ciała, a gdy jest w pozycji pionowej, nogi puchną. Kiedy się położysz, dolna część ciała (nogi itp. ) jest na wysokości nerki i to właśnie wtedy nerki usuwają wodę, ponieważ jest łatwiej.

Wiedziałem, że potrzeba minimum wody, by usunąć toksyny z organizmu. Nie wiedziałem, że picie wody w pewnym momencie maksymalizuje jej skuteczność w organizmie, a odpowiedni moment na jej picie to:

2 szklanki wody po przebudzeniu; pomaga aktywować organy wewnętrzne.

1 szklanka wody 30 minut przed posiłkiem, pomaga w trawieniu

1 szklanka wody przed kąpielą, pomaga obniżyć ciśnienie krwi.

1 szklanka wody przed snem, unika udarów lub zawałów serca.

Mogę też dodać to: mój lekarz powiedział mi, że woda w czasie snu pomoże również zapobiec skurczom nóg.
Mięśnie nóg szukają nawilżenia, więc skurcze cię budzą.

Kardiolog powiedział, aby podzielić się tym z bliskimi, wiele żyć może i zostanie uratowanych.

Thank you all for the MANY MANY BIRTHDAY WISHES , phone calls & face times. I had the best time spending it with family 🥰 oh & the gifts 🎁 I asked for simple things . Books you know some birthday swag from work. Lots of time learning how to make sourdough 🙌🏼 I can do it . Bagels are so yummy who wants some😂 I made cheese and jalapeño and it was so yummy . So thankful for my cousins and learning a awesome art. I had fun scoring this one 🤣 And we tried a loaf pan for one . It’s always fun experimenting in the kitchen with ingredients . Oh yeah sourdough discard Choclate chip cookies are amazing !!! Stay blessed . To another Beautiful Year !
