Doctors said he wouldn’t be able to walk and look at him go. Let Gregor’s story be a lesson for all of Scotland and the world about the kind of grit and determination we possess ! Even when times are tough and life throws obstacles in your way you’ve just got to keep walking and push through ❤️

AD || One of my favourite walks in Scotland 😍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

have sent me on a mission to find some hidden gems in Scotland and this wee walk along Maidens beach and up to Culzean is one of my favourites!

While the sun may be disappearing on us make sure to get outdoors and make the most of Scotland no matter the weather

Always proud to be a Paisley Buddie 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏁

Such an honour to start and then race in today’s Paisley 10K one of our towns biggest events and to be at the centre of the start of the race alongside other incredible runners was a great experience!

The race itself was surprisingly enjoyable giving the fact I haven’t ran since pre America so to walk away with a 48.32 time was better than expected.

Well done again to everyone who took part it was great to see some many faces 🫶🏽
