The UVU Review is pausing regular production for finals and preparing to build a new team for the 2026–2027 school year.
📊 This year:
• 275K+ readers
• 400+ pieces of content
• Nearly doubled our audience (6.4K → 12K)
We also shifted from a print-focused model to a video-first newsroom:
• Wolverine Weekly
• We Are Wolverines
• MatchPoint

We interviewed all 9 student body candidates ahead of elections—giving students direct access before voting.

Leadership update:
Gracie Graham will step in as Executive News Director. She played a key role in growing our audience and strengthening journalism training across the team.

Like many UVU students, our reporters balance jobs, school and family. At UVU, 79% of students work while attending school.
📢 All positions are now open

On March 25th UVU opened the doors to new learning opportunities through a partnership with the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. This collaboration gives students a hands-on learning site to get a head start into their careers, conduct research, and gain field-base experience in a scientific environment.

These lab spaces will be located in the brand-new Sam & Aline Skaggs Science Learning Center Education Hub, allowing students to expand their knowledge in marine conservation, aquarium science, aquaculture, and hydroponic systems. This partnership encourages curiosity, education, and a deeper connection with our ecosystem for all students - not just those majoring in science.
