Not perfect.
Not the strongest person in the gym.
Not doing everything right… Just showing up consistently and that’s what changed everything. ❤️

My journey has never looked perfect. Some workouts are great, some aren’t. I thought that I had to think and look a certain to keep it going.

Going to the gym can be intimidating. Trust me, I know that feeling. But I’ve learned that you don’t have to be confident to start, you BUILD confidence by showing up.

And sometimes progress is so slow you don’t even notice it. But every workout, every walk, every healthy choice, every time you choose not to quit… it adds up.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is to keep going.

Tell me: what’s your biggest gym fear? Let’s talk about it. 👇🏼

Wear the dress, be confident, take the picture, feel pretty, and stop waiting for the “perfect” moment or body. You deserve to feel beautiful exactly as you are. ♥️

This journey was never about becoming someone else. It was about becoming the version of me that felt strongest, healthiest, and happiest. ❤️

Part of my journey included getting gastric sleeve surgery and being on a GLP-1. Those things became tools that helped me along the way but they were never the whole story.

The real change also came from learning consistency. Strength training with 💙
Moving my body more.
Tracking my calories.
Making better choices more often than not.
Learning balance instead of chasing perfection.

There were so many moments where I wanted to quit. Moments where progress felt slow, where I doubted myself, where I felt uncomfortable, frustrated, or stuck. But I kept showing up for myself anyway… and little by little, things started changing physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I’m still growing, still learning, still becoming… but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. 🫶

If you’re at the beginning of your journey or somewhere in the middle feeling discouraged, please remember this: tools can help, but you still have to believe you’re worth fighting for. Small steps truly add up. ✨
