Sometimes I can’t even believe I’m doing things like this. 🥹 I never imagined I could feel this strong, fall in love with strength training, or be able to deadlift 230 lbs. Let alone doing it with the person I love Hector Lebron

But if there’s one thing this journey keeps teaching me, it’s that we’re capable of SO much more than we give ourselves credit for.

You don’t have to be the strongest. You don’t have to get everything right. You just have to keep showing up, keep trying, and give yourself the chance to see what happens when you don’t give up.

I’m so thankful for Orlando Personal Training Studio for constantly reminding me of that. 💙

Whatever your “230 lbs” is… whether it’s getting stronger, starting over, trying something that scares you, or simply believing in yourself again… it is achievable.
