Learning to cook traditional Mexican dishes from Alejandro because my mom failed to teach me how to cook! 🤪 Today I
attempted to make Rajas con Queso and it was actually pretty easy to make and tasted delicious 😋 thanks for the recipe!

Ingredients:
-8 poblano peppers
-12-14 oz panela cheese
-5 ripe roma tomatoes
-1/4 onion (for the sauce)
-2 garlic cloves (for the sauce)
-1 serrano pepper
-1 cup water
-3 tbsps chicken bouillon (to taste)
-3 tbsps provencal style oleico gourmet sunflower oil (I used coconut oil)
-1/4 onion minced (fry in pan)
-1 garlic cloves minced (fry in pan)
-corn tortillas
