There is a saying in Russia: "Word is not a bird, once it flys out, you won't catch it." It true that once you say something, you can't take it back and even if you apologize, the damage is already done. In this video, I am addressing things that robbed me the wrong way in my interactions with people. Not all of it came from relationships, some of it came from dating or even observations when other people communicated. Regardless, I believe that these suggestions will help many people to realize how harmful these remarks can be in relationships or friendships.
