🍎🐟🥒 OKAY… I KNOW THIS LOOKS A LITTLE WEIRD 😂 BUT TRUST ME — THIS IS ABOUT TO BE YOUR NEW OBSESSION.

Fresh sliced apples 🍎 + homemade tuna with LOTS of fresh lemon 🍋 + Hellmann’s REAL mayo. And guys… there is NO OTHER MAYO. It’s Hellmann’s or it’s nothing. 😂🙌

Added some fresh parsley 🌿 and then comes THE SECRET…

🔥🥒 WICKLES WICKED PICKLE CHIPS 🥒🔥

OMG. These pickles are ADDICTIVE. 🤤 They have apple cider vinegar in them and there’s just something about that sweet, tangy, spicy crunch with the tuna + apple that is RIDICULOUS.

I literally ate TWO apples with this for lunch 😂🍎🍎 And when I ran out of everything else? Forget the crackers — I just scooped up the rest of the tuna with apple slices.

Crunchy. Creamy. Tangy. Fresh. Sweet. Spicy. 💥

And while apples do have carbs, this is such a good fresh alternative to eating your tuna with bread or crackers. 🙌

But PLEASE… stick with these brands:
💙 Hellmann’s REAL mayo
🔥 Wickles Wicked Pickle Chips

Trust me on this one. 😋

Nothing beats a night in with my favorite pizza. 🍕❤️

Mister O1 is the only pizza I buy. Their box says, “A Slice of Joy,” and honestly… they’re right.

My go-to is always the Bella Margherita, but tonight I tried something new. I topped it with Earthbound Farm Organic Limited Harvest Wild Red Arugula—and WOW. I’ve never seen red arugula before! It has this slightly bitter, peppery flavor that was absolutely incredible on the hot pizza.

I ate almost the whole thing (saving one slice for breakfast, of course 😉).

Now it’s just me, myself & I… cozy in bed, Netflix on, grateful for the simple things.

Life is good. ❤️🍕✨
