This story was recorded at the beginning of the pandemic. Interesting what information is given.
I recently got my blood work done and was nervous about the wrath my doctor was going to give me. The whole quarantine 15 and all. Interesting to find out all my numbers went significantly down and most are at healthy levels. I’ve been eating cleaner and using fresh ingredients since being home more.
