PLEASE SHARE especially my people in the Orlando area
So tired of big businesses, corporations etc. taking advantage of regular people. Bullying and just doing horrible unethical things.
My daughter Alyssa White just graduated with her masters in physiology and the day after graduation she moved to Orlando into her first apartment NorthBridge at Millenia Apartments and since day one her hvac has not worked. Their solution was a portable unit and ten days rent credit, mind you it’s been almost 2 months and before the portable unit, her apartment temp has reached up to 98 degrees. She literally had to put ice in her fish tank to keep the fish alive. Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion.
She has sent 6 plus emails, one response and no resolution. The manager in the office Lisa Kautzman said she thought it was fixed and to go turn it on, obviously they have no clue what’s going on. Ring cameras are there and nobody came. They don’t care, they are in breach of their rental agreement and they refuse to solve the problem or make it right in anyway.
I’ve reached out to all management and even the parent company with no response, they don’t even answer the phone.
I’m so tired of bullies and trash customer service and I’ve had enough and will start being the bad guy to make sure these companies do what they are supposed to do.
