Hey Everyone! 😃 Today is World Autism Day!
I'd like to give a SHOUT OUT to all of You who live with Autism and those who guide Children, Family, and Friends through life with Autism.

I have Autism & Epilepsy and I still Live My Best Life Everyday! NOTHING stops me from doing all the things I love and being Happy Everyday!

I stay calm
I reduce my triggers to seizure
I go outside
I enjoy socializing & fun adventures
I get enough sleep
I eat healthy foods
My Mom helps me get things done daily so everything goes swell!
