Are you leading… or are you holding on?

But here’s what most leaders don’t realize…
When new people step into leadership, everything changes.
They become more committed.
They show up differently.
They perform at a higher level because now they feel ownership.
But that shift can’t happen… if there’s no space for them to step into.
So without even meaning to, you might be the reason things aren’t evolving.
Not because you’re doing something wrong.
But because you’re still there.
And when you start looking at leadership this way…
You stop asking, “Can I keep doing this?”
And you start asking, “Is it time for someone else to grow?”
Because sometimes the most powerful move a leader can make…
