happy national girlfriend day to the best friend who has gotten me through every single stage of life & continues to be the perfect other half who unconditionally loves and supports me. because s*x & the city was right - our girl friends are our soul mates.

(And also because everyone should be reminded that platonic love is just as important as romantic love despite what society teaches you.)
