🥖 Gluten-free at Blondie’s!

I tried the Mr. Julius Caesar Dithers Chopped Italian Sandwich, and WOW. They do have GF bread, and apparently this sandwich is very different when made with gluten — they actually cut a hole in a baguette and fill the inside with the chopped sandwich ingredients. I can only imagine how good the regular version tastes!

The GF version was AMAZING. So fresh, a nice amount of food, and light enough to not feel overly heavy while still being filling. I’d absolutely get this again.

The potato salad was unfortunately a miss for me. It was really lacking salt. I’ve had Universal’s potato salad before and loved it, so maybe I just got a bad batch?

Overall, I’d definitely recommend the sandwich! And honestly, the picture does NOT do it justice. 📸

Tonight we grieve the loss of our spookiest brother, Kenneth. Through an encyclopedic knowledge of HHN on Rush of Fear and his relentless desire to experience Big Dumb Stuff, Kenneth positively impacted the lives of thousands of humans. Beyond his time on this planet, he continues to live on as an organ donor. When we received news of his passing tonight, many families received news on the opposite end of the spectrum. His legacy will live on for ages. May we all embrace the silliest and most authentic versions of ourselves in his honor. We love you Kenneth, and we are all better humans because of you 🫶🏼

Okay fiiiiiine. I, Kelly Lynn Wood, retract my statement about Fortnightmares being ranked 900th in my event hype list. It’s still dead last but good golly the lighting is a vibe. Especially when paired with the Slide Guitar Smash from the Sinners booth. As someone who doesn’t love sweet cocktails, this is currently the only one I would get again!

🔥 Spitfyre Grill at Epic Universe! 🔥

We tried the salmon bowl AND steak bowl, both gluten-free, with rice as the base — and WOW. These were AMAZING. 🤤

The sauce on the salmon was absolutely fantastic. I literally ate the entire bowl clean. 😂 The steak was SO juicy, fresh, and delicious, which says a lot because I’m not the biggest red meat fan!

I need to try these again because now I’m torn… is this my favorite meal of the trip, or does the turkey sandwich from HP Paris still have the crown?! 🥪🏆

Honestly, I could get this every single trip and be a happy clam. It’s delicious, filling, and feels like such a great nutritional meal when you want something a little more balanced at the parks.

Highly recommend Spitfyre Grill! 👏

Bonus: Mead Hall was completely empty, so we ate in there and… no one said anything? 😂 got a break from that Florida sun! ☀️

It was honestly beautiful and so fun to see a Harry Potter treat that was gluten-free! I just wish it wasn’t called a brownie because it felt much more like a cake to me. 😂

Good, but not great flavor-wise — definitely more aesthetic than anything. But honestly? I still enjoyed it. It’s Harry Potter AND gluten-free, so I’m not complaining. ✨🧙‍♀️

🍸 Two espresso martinis from Toothsome! Both were delicious and easily the 2nd favorite espresso martinis of the trip. 👀

My friend and I actually liked the plain one better than the chocolate—which surprised me! The chocolate was fun to try, but sometimes you just can’t beat the classic. ☕️🍸

It was fun trying something a little different, and as always, I LOVE eating and drinking at the bar. There’s just something about bar seating that makes the whole experience more fun!

Now the important question… guess where our favorite espresso martini of the trip was from?! 👀👇
