Everyone knows Strong Water Tavern at Sapphire Falls Resort for their drinks, but do NOT sleep on their food menu. Served tapas style, order multiple dishes for the table and take a culinary journey around the Caribbean and South America. It’s so fresh and flavorful but not necessarily spicy so don’t let that intimidate you! Take the water taxi over from CityWalk for dinner (they open at 4!) or stop in after your park day for a delicious nightcap.

Y’all know it’s about to get messy up in here when your sandwich comes with both a Safety Stick and a Hold it Together Stick! This Bigfire grilled chicken sandwich may be gone from the menu but will live on forever in Kelly and Shelby’s memories, as the latter had to help the former clean jalapeño honey off of her arms after eating it!

I (Kelly, mess maker) may be in the minority but I appreciate how often Bigfire changes their menu! It gives me something to look forward to on each trip. It’s tough to get a reservation but pro-tip, the full menu is available from the bar!
