Honestly, this is a hill I will die on. Waiting outdoors with my kid in the hot Florida sun, just to have to wait in line a SECOND time for big ticket attractions is just not the best way to do it. Family rooms are such a huge time saver, and significantly more comfortable than finding a bench, store, or snack stand while you wait for the first party to finish. I'll give you the flexibility of adding Rider Swap to your magic band is great, but not worth waiting in a sometimes 45 minute lightning lane for a second time.

Family suites at All Star Music are a more affordable option for larger families. Each room sleeps 6, has two bathrooms and a kitchenette. We really enjoyed our stay here, have you ever stayed at All Star Music?
