✨ Personal Means Personal ✨

When one of my clients let me know she’d be out for two weeks, that didn’t mean “I’ll see you then.”

Because for me, being a personal trainer is personal. 💜

I don’t just train bodies. I train the whole woman.

That means:
💪 Fitness coaching
🥗 Nutrition guidance
🧠 Mindset support through setbacks

When life throws curveballs, medical, emotional, or just everyday struggles, I help my clients focus on what we can do instead of hyper-focusing on what we can’t.

That’s the heart of holistic training. It’s about strength inside and outside of the gym, and about having someone in your corner who sees you as a whole person, not just a workout.

If you’ve been following me, I came on the scene HOT 🥵 🔥!!!
TLDR: SLOW AND STEADY IS SEXY too, eff the haters

👉🏾Posting multiple times a day across multiple platforms
👉🏾 going live every single day
👉🏾I I had a podcast.
👉🏾 I had a team of coaches.
🗺️ I was following the roadmap of coaches who only cared about my success so they could brag about it and essentially make more $$$

Sound familiar ? 🤨🤨🤨🤨

There are those of us that are passionate and knowledgeable and would do this s**t for free .

And then there are people who don’t know the first thing about being a fitness coach or a business coach, but have “cracked the code” on contract creation, “ faking it till you make it, “ and capitalizing off of other’s ignorance …

Once again, does this sound familiar? ??

If you were someone who invested in an online coach and feel scarred for life from that experience, I want to apologize on behalf of all of us .

There were stages in my business where I did things ( to grow my business FAST) that do not reflect my values as a person.

WHY 🤷🏾‍♀️
👉🏾 the people I was learning from told me it would reach the goals that I wanted faster.

The same way people do get skinny quick gimmicks, even though they know that’s not the way … but someone in their ear/ online convinced them this was the way.

There will be so many people in your life that tell you to do something only because it benefits them .

I have made it my business to be an integral business owner even if that means my growth is slow, even if that means I’m not a six figure coach every single year .

And as a result business HAS slowed down, however I’m working with people who understand my philosophy, the way that I coach and they are a perfect fit .

So while you’re shopping for an online trainer or an in person trainer, remember not everybody is in this because they care about your success. Keep that in mind when you are picking the right person to guide you.

There are so many people using Fitness influencers as the standard.

Or coaches, or professional athletes …

Boo-boo that ain’t you!

The Fitness influencer gets paid to look like that and you have no idea what she has done to her body or how long she’s been working on it ! But I can guarantee you she did not get that lien and that snatched in 3 to 6 months let alone one year.

This isn’t to discourage you but to help bring you back to reality .

If it took someone who only had 20 pounds to lose almost 2 years to get their dream body, why do you think that you should be able to lose 50 or even 100 pounds in one year?

I mean with the help of Ozempic other drugs yes, this is possible .

But if you’re doing it, the natural route I’m gonna need you to give yourself some grace .

As many of you are out on these interweb streets looking for a trainer/ coach/ health practitioner, I wanted to drop some things here for those of you who have never taken this step before.

First and foremost, CONGRATULATIONS 🎉.

🫶🏾This is a big step. It’s scary for so many reasons, but this
Is going to be such a boost to your confidence, girl you don’t
Even know.

AND bc this is such a big step, I don’t want you to regret it,
Like I did, the first couple of times I hired a trainer.

To be CLEAR,

Everybody ain’t for everybody. Sometimes , it’s just not a good match.

Then again, sometimes ppl are trash 🗑️

Por ejemplo ( In Fl ☀️we speak Spanglish)

A person with a naturally lean body and no morals or concerns about anyone, can grow ( or pay to grow ) their page quickly, convince ppl they're an expert, steal or have AI generate some before and after and BOOM 💥.

They're an “ online coach” who may or may not know the first thing about 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛 people so that they actually 𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦.

SO, 👏🏾do 👏🏾your 👏🏾DUE 👏🏾diligence👏🏾.
RESEARCH AND FOLLOW PPL for awhile befor you impulse buy some bulls**t.

It’s much easier to take a lie that is well packaged and marketed, than it is to hear the unsexy truth.

Remember that when people are promising you the world 🌎 when it comes to weightloss.

There are no short cuts. So if you're going to be on that journey with someone, make sure it's the right one FOR YOU!

Tough love Tuesdays are back bc someone out there needs this.

We can keekee 😂😂and haha🤣🤣 all day during our workouts- you know I’m here for it.

But you can’t out-train a poor diet.

✅You can intermittent fast
✅You can do Keto.
✅You can intuitively eat.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.

There’s no if ands or butts about it.

I’ve had some ppl come on and lose weight right away, and some it takes years.

🧬Genetics plays a role.
⌚️Time and emotional energy play a role.
📆MF’N BOUNDARIES play a role ( most of yall don’t have any and that’s why you keep missing workouts)

👉🏾𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴.

So if you’re serious about seeing the scale move, you’ll get serious about logging your food.
Prove me wrong.
I’ve got years of experience personal research and client testimonies to prove it but yet and still , I will always listen to the clients best wishes.

So the question is, are your preferences, fears, and flat out stubbornness keeping you from the thing you say you want most?
