📆Back in 2022 after running my umpteenth 6 week challenge I was on the verge of burnout.
I LOVE COACHING but coaching large groups of people drains me pretty quickly bc I go DEEP!
I knew I wasn’t gonna keep doing this for long and that I would have to brain dump this knowledge at some point.
😩The only problem is , the way I set my business up , I needed to be present 24/7 online and in my communities.
😴In 2023 I took a break and went back to in person training to give my nervous system a break.
