I usually keep things light and magical here, but today I wanted to share something a little more personal alongside my Disney content 🤍

This week (April 19–25) is National Infertility Awareness Week.

Dallion and I have been doing a lot of reflecting on our infertility journey lately. One thing we’ve learned is that joy and grief can exist at the same time… and both are valid.

Infertility doesn’t pause just because we’re not actively in treatment. And choosing to take time before moving forward while we focus on travel, mental health, and emotional readiness, is a decision that we’ve made with a lot of thought and care.

What people don’t always see is how heavy those decisions can feel and that certain responses can feel dismissive. We often hear things like “just relax,” “it’ll happen,” or “everything happens for a reason.” While usually well-intended, what helps most is simply acknowledging that this is complex, and allowing space for both the joy and the hard parts to exist at the same time.

We’re still hopeful, just navigating this in our own way and even in a space centered around joy and magic, I think it’s important to make room for the real parts of life too.🤍

ᴅɪꜱɴᴇʏ ꜰᴀɴᴛᴀꜱʏ ʀᴇᴄᴀᴘ: ᴅᴀʏ 5🌊

Day 5: Day at Sea ⚓️

Our last full day was a day at sea, and it was fun-filled!🤩

We started the morning with churro Mickey waffles (which absolutely lived up to the hype 🤭) and a character art coffee from Cove Café.

The rest of the day was spent exploring more of the ship and relaxing in the adults-only pool areas. ☀️

That evening we saw the show Believe, and it truly filled my Disney heart!🥹 It reminded me so much of the magic I felt as a kid on my very first trip to Disney World.🏰

We ended the night with dinner at Animator’s Palate, which was so fun and so delicious.

Such a perfect way to wrap up our cruise. 💛 I’m so grateful for this experience and all the memories we made! I’ll be dreaming about this trip for a long time. ✨

ᴅɪꜱɴᴇʏ ꜰᴀɴᴛᴀꜱʏ ʀᴇᴄᴀᴘ: ᴅᴀʏ 4🐚

Day 4: Castaway Cay🤿

This was hands down our favorite day. 😍

So many character meet & greets, snorkeling, and relaxing at the adults-only beach. What more could you ask for?!

And then to top it all off… back on the ship we had Pirate Night and fireworks at sea, which was such a magical way to end the day. 🏴‍☠️

Tomorrow I’ll recap our final day on the cruise!🚢

ᴅɪꜱɴᴇʏ ꜰᴀɴᴛᴀꜱʏ ʀᴇᴄᴀᴘ: ᴅᴀʏ 3🌊

Day 3: Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point 🏝️

Getting to explore Disney’s newest private island was such a cool experience.

We took a long walk down the beach to see the most beautiful rock formations, then I relaxed in a beach chair while Dallion snorkeled for a bit. 🐠

After that, we grabbed lunch at True-True BBQ and I got to meet Minnie Mouse in her Bahamian outfit, which was such a fun moment 🥰

We headed back to the ship for a relaxing (and of course magical) evening.

This day felt like the perfect mix of adventure and unwind. 💛

ᴅɪꜱɴᴇʏ ꜰᴀɴᴛᴀꜱʏ ʀᴇᴄᴀᴘ: ᴅᴀʏ 2✨

Day 2: Nassau ☀️

We kept things pretty lowkey and stayed near the port. We did some shopping and soaked in the atmosphere before heading back to the ship.

Back onboard, we somehow managed to win Nemo & Friends trivia (still proud of that one 🐠), checked out the sweet shop, and then had dinner at Enchanted Garden, which was absolutely beautiful.

A really fun mix of relaxing and magical moments. 🥰

ᴅɪꜱɴᴇʏ ꜰᴀɴᴛᴀꜱʏ ʀᴇᴄᴀᴘ: ᴅᴀʏ 1🚢

I just got back from one of the biggest trips of my life so far: my first cruise ever, my first Disney Cruise, and my first time out of the country. 😮

Day 1: Embarkation Day ❤️
It honestly felt surreal finally stepping onto the Disney Fantasy after dreaming about DCL since I was a kid.

We headed straight to Cabanas for lunch, then it was time for the muster drill and sail away party which is such a fun way to kick everything off!

After that we went back to the room… and unfortunately the rough waters hit me hard 😅 hello seasickness 🤢

But once that passed, I got to explore the ship later that night, and it was so calm and magical. ✨

I already can’t wait to share more from this trip over the next few days!

Some days you need a reminder that life can feel playful. 💛

Super Nintendo World at Epic Universe feels like pressing “start” on joy: bright colors, nostalgia, and a little bit of magic in every corner.✨

Today is the last day of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith before it is rethemed to the Muppets! 🎶
End of an era… but excited for what’s next. 🐸✨

ɢᴏɴᴇ ᴇxᴛɪɴᴄᴛ… ʙᴜᴛ ɴᴇᴠᴇʀ ꜰᴏʀɢᴏᴛᴛᴇɴ🥺🦖☄️

Today is the last day of operation for Dinosaur at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and I couldn’t let it pass without a little tribute. 🦕
This ride has been loud, chaotic, nostalgic, and such a staple of the park for so many years.

Thank you for the memories, the jump scares, and the time-travel adventures.
You’ll be missed, Dinosaur. 💛
