If your team is scared to fail, they’ll never take the risks needed to grow.

In the professional world, we don't get letter grades, but the fear of "getting in trouble" or losing opportunities often keeps people playing safe.

In this clip, shares how removing the fear of grades gives her students the freedom to experiment and learn through effort & curiosity.

Alisa was a college student in Florida, and Claudia was navigating the shock backstage in New York City. She explained what it took for the theatre community to return to work, bring audiences together, and help a grieving city begin to heal.

In live production and events, the "show must go on" mindset stopped being a standard when we turned working through illness into a badge of honor.

If a production collapses because one person calls out sick, we don’t have an employee issue. We have a redundancy problem.

Stop playing the martyr. True professionalism means building foolproof systems, cross-training your crew, and knowing that the curtain will still go up at 8:00 PM without you sacrificing your health.

Calling cues from a prompt book and managing digital sprints may look completely different on the surface, but the underlying skills needed are identical. We will map backstage tools to agency software, demonstrating how show flows, prompt books, and tech-week problem solving translate into her current role.

We will walk away with a practical translation guide for reframing theatre and production credits, learning how to pitch a backstage background during the corporate hiring processes.

Ever feel like you've spent years trying to fit into a box that was never designed for how your brain actually works?

For so many people in creative and production spaces, late-diagnosed ADHD or autism isn't just a term, it's the first time life actually makes sense. Moving away from labels like "quirky" or "different" toward real self-understanding is transformational for how we live and work.
