Hands down 🙌 one of the best pizzas in Jacksonville. I don’t know why I waited so long!! I’ve been missing out on this pizza from electricdoughpizza.

They opened this restaurant last summer and it’s located at the old San Marco Movie Theatre.

Iykyk, I am all about food textures. The crust is so AMAZING! It’s a Detroit/Roman-style, pan baked pizza with a 30 hour fermented dough, offering a light, airy interior and super crispy, caramelized cheese edges with Parmesan.

We ordered the Six Cheese Cacio e Pepe, and it was so good!
They also have Lightning Bites, fresh salads, gluten-free crusts, alcohol and gelato from Villa Dolce

I was so thrilled to meet two time James Beard nominated Chef Tom Gray Tom Gray and And we found out that his son, Quinn, went to the same high school that Mia and Addison attend now! 🤘 Go Packs!! 🏈💙❤️

Former NoBu’s head chef, BO, is now in Jacksonville! Check out BO’s signature maki and Pink Tiger Roll BO SUSHI.

They serve unique Japanese cuisine with hints of Thai and Chinese influences. Chef Bo previously worked at NOBU and SUSHISAMBA (Iykyk) as a head sushi chef in both Las Vegas and Los Angeles, and you can really taste the experience in every bite. I’ve been wanting to try it since they opened about six months ago. This is definitely a spot you don’t want to miss if you enjoy high-quality sushi!

Many of their fish are imported directly from Toyosu Fish Market in Japan 🇯🇵, and the quality was incredible—so fresh, with that soft, delicate texture I love.

And I HAVE to mention their sushi rice 🌾. They use #ゆめぴりか (Yumepirika) from Hokkaido, Japan. You can really tell when a restaurant puts this much attention into the quality of their rice. 🍚

If you’re a sushi or NOBU lover and appreciate high quality fish, I highly recommend trying BO SUSHI!

WOW… I’ve been missing out! 💯 Jax Hot Chicken - a food truck!
I finally pulled up to try their Hot Chicken Fingers & Loaded fries 🥳 Crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor!
The prices are very reasonable for what you get.

Pumpkin Cakes 南瓜餅 & Glutinous Rice Cake with Brown Sugar 紅糖糍粑.
The deep fried mochi is crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and topped with soy powder & brown sugar. It reminded me of a dessert from my childhood 🥹

If you are looking for a great spot for authentic Chinese food, you definitely give them a try! ☝️

P.S. A few people asked me if they have chocolate dumplings… unfortunately, they don’t! 😭but I’m hoping they’ll make them as a special menu item one day.
