Emerson Electric – Emerson Tower Custom Lobby LED

We’re thrilled to share the successful delivery of a custom LED collaboration with our friends at McCann Systems L.L.C., for the newly minted Emerson Tower in Clayton, Missouri.

The client envisioned a sculptural digital canvas in its 1 million sqft, $250 million state-of-the-art office tower — a bold symbol of the reinvigoration and innovation in the St. Louis region.

Our mission was to translate that vision into a seamless, striking lobby experience.

McCann Systems developed and installed a custom hanging system for a direct-view LED display—80′ × 15′ with a 2.6 mm pixel pitch, delivering 9,408 × 1,824 resolution and over 17 million pixels.

As content creator, we at DCBolt Productions engaged in a deep brand discovery phase to align the content strategy with the client's business goals and target audiences.

Our team then crafted immersive 3D experiences — from a majestic forest, to urban graffiti montages, to waterfall effects and a library scene reminiscent of Hogwarts — all designed to deliver impact under any lighting condition.

Beyond full screen “takeover” modes, the system supports dynamic templates: live-news windows, stock/weather tickers, tenant messaging, advertising overlays, and live event content.

EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater's immersive sales and marketing center.

We’re proud to share the recent collaboration between DCBolt Productions, Imerza and Two Roads Development to create the immersive sales and marketing centre for EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater.

Designed as a pure glass prism rising over 800 linear ft of scenic bayfront, the project sets a new benchmark in luxury living in Miami. To showcase this architectural marvel, we built a fully immersive 360° projection-mapped VR room — working with 7× 4K projectors and 3× 85″ displays to deliver real-time visualizations created by Imerza highlighting Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Downtown Miami and the Miami Beach skyline.

This space does more than display floor plans. It enables buyers to experience the lifestyle, design and brand promise of EDITION in the heart of Miami’s Edgewater district.

A sincere thank you to the teams at Two Roads and our partners for bringing this immersive experience to life. We’re excited to see how this centre will inspire new homeowners and set a new standard for luxury real-estate marketing.

Olara Residences cutting edge sales and marketing center in West Palm Beach, FL.

In the world of high-end real estate, gone are the days of sales processes replete with paper brochures and static slide decks. The future is all about immersion. For their new luxury condo project, "Olara", New York-based developer Savanna Fund constructed a 7,000 square foot sales gallery built on this very idea.

Nestled just down the road from where the high-rise luxury residences are being constructed in West Palm Beach, this interactive sales gallery was purpose-built to transport clients into the Olara vision. From the moment they walk in, prospects see, feel, and experience what it means to live with ocean views, wellness amenities, and unparalleled luxury.

DCBolt partnered with Imerza to build the tech that made this experience possible:
• Two 100-inch displays in the lobby greet each guest with custom content, setting the tone from their first step through the door.
• A centerpiece 3D model crafted by Gabellini Sheppard Associates surrounded by 2 additional displays leveraging Unreal Engine and Imerza’s custom applications — letting prospective buyers explore every angle.
• A 360° immersion room using five Christie Digital Systems 4K laser projectors to projection-map content over curved walls — allowing visitors to truly be “inside” the view, the space, & the lifestyle.

As Chris Schlank, President & Co-Chairman of Savanna, put it:
“The opening of the gallery is a huge milestone for Olara and gives brokers and prospective buyers a first glimpse into the luxury lifestyle we have created.”

It’s no longer enough to show static plans and renderings. Immersion, digital interactivity, and storytelling are integral in helping clients emotionally connect with what’s to come. Sales tools that allow people to visualize their future lifestyle from multiple vantage points in a tangible way reduce uncertainty and build confidence.

Collaboration among architects, designers, AV & digital content specialists is key to delivering seamless, memorable experiences.

Pioneering a First-of-Its-Scale Regional Digital Twin for Orlando

We’re proud to showcase one of our most ambitious and innovative endeavors to date: the OEP Digital Twin, built in partnership with the Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP) and powered by Unity — A leading platform for real-time 3D content.

Orlando Economic Partnership is committed to advancing broad-based regional prosperity through strategic economic development. Through the power of partnerships, they grow the economy, attract companies that create new jobs, drive investment, improve competitiveness and fuel regional leadership in the Orlando area.

This next-gen digital twin provides a dynamic, interactive, real-time virtual replica of physical environments, assets, and systems — capturing not just the landscape, but the lived experience and movement within it. In short, it gives OEP and their partners the ability to visualize the future without ever having to leave the office.

A sweeping, curved panoramic LED wall (nearly 24 feet long), paired with a custom-designed LED floor and four hologram glass panels, forms an immersive viewing environment. The system uses 140 LED cabinets, displaying a combined resolution of 12 million pixels. Over 150 real-time data sets feed into the digital twin—showcasing everything from land and infrastructure availability to real-time economic indicators. This enables OEP to present dynamic, data-rich visualizations of the region to investors, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders.

The digital twin has become a powerful tool to market Orlando’s opportunities, support infrastructure planning, and foster strategic collaboration. As Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer puts it “The Digital Twin technology and capabilities truly exemplify why Orlando has been designated the MetaCenter of the Metaverse…”

Blinders Sports Lounge - Charlotte, North Carolina

We’re excited to spotlight a recent collaboration that successfully brought to life an immersive, Vegas-style sports lounge in Charlotte, NC — introducing Blinders Sports Lounge.

OmShera Holdings envisioned a venue that would elegantly blend the high-energy vibe of a Las Vegas sportsbook and the upscale ambiance of a luxury nightclub. To bring this vision to life they partnered with Peerless-AV and DCBolt Productions LLC.

A staggering 57' (wide) x 22' (high) dvLED video wall was installed using a SEAMLESS bespoke floor-to-wall mounting system designed and installed by Peerless-AV. Thoughtful engineering—including a 10° forward tilt and 1.8 mm pixel pitch—ensures pristine visuals from every seat in the venue.

The nearly 50,000-watt Void Acoustics sound system was precisely tuned by VOID’s North American Technical Lead, Nathan Short, delivering show-stopping audio performance.

DCBolt Productions LLC managed the integration of the entire system including a custom control system that enables the whole venue to transition from "Sports mode" to "Nightclub mode" at the push of a button.

Water Street Tampa's 3D Projection-Mapped Marketing Center (Part 2)

In our last post we shared about our work on SPP's state-of-the-art marketing center for their multi-billion dollar Water Street Tampa development. As an immersive sales and marketing tool, the system worked brilliantly and exactly as intended. However, something totally unexpected began to take shape at the same time...

As the greater Tampa community was exposed to this system, different groups began to see use for it and requested access to it for their own purposes. Groups like The Tampa Mayor's office, The Tampa Economic Development Council, and other local private and municipal groups all found powerful applications for this innovative tech.

What started out as a Real Estate sales tool had quickly, and organically, become a unifying asset for the entire Tampa community. Sometimes the coolest things in life, and in business, are the ones we never planned for.
