The Mavic 4 Pro has been one of the most anticipated drone releases in a long time and the Creator Combo is absolutely the way to go if you are serious about getting the most out of this incredible machine. From the moment you open the box it is clear that DJI has outdone themselves once again. 👀🔥

I’ll be honest — before NAB 2026 I had never heard of NiceFoto but this discovery might be one of my favorite finds of the entire show! 🤩💡 Meet the NiceFoto Umbrella Light Parabolic Series — and once you see how this thing works you are going to understand why it stopped me in my tracks!
The way I typically light my interviews is with a COB light like an Aputure 600 or 700 paired with a Light Dome 3 or Light Dome 150 — which is a fantastic setup but still means bringing a separate light and softbox to every shoot. The NiceFoto Umbrella Light essentially combines everything into one incredibly portable package. Think of it like a Hudson Spider but with integrated LEDs built right into the umbrella — giving you a beautiful large soft key light that sets up as easily as opening an umbrella. 🙌
The Parabolic Series comes in various sizes and is available in both RGB and Bi-color variants giving you incredible flexibility for any shooting situation. The portability factor alone makes this extremely exciting — no separate light, no separate softbox, just unfold and shoot!
I don’t know all the technical specs yet but this is definitely one to watch and I can’t wait to do a full review!

We spoke with Manny at SmallRig at NAB 2026, and they came loaded with announcements! 🎉🔥 First up is the brand new SmallRig RF 20C Portable Focusable LED Light — a seriously impressive new addition to the RF lineup that looks like it’s going to be an incredibly versatile tool for filmmakers and content creators on the go. 💡
But that’s not all — SmallRig also announced a stunning new optical modifier featuring metal GOBOs that not only works with the new RF 20C but is also compatible with the beloved RF 10C — so if you already own one, you’re going to want to pay attention to this! 🙌
And then right at the end we get a little something extra — a cheeky tease of the highly anticipated SmallRig x PotatoJet TRIBEX Pro Tripod that has a lot of people very excited. We can’t say too much just yet but stay tuned because this one looks very very promising! 👀

Big news from the Rode booth at NAB 2026! 🎙️🔥 Rode has just announced the brand new RODELink II Professional UHF Wireless System — and this is a massive moment for the brand as it marks their first ever foray into professional UHF wireless audio.
I spoke with Ryan from Rode to get the full breakdown on this exciting new dual channel UHF system and everything it brings to the table. Okay this might be one of the coolest things I saw at all of NAB 2026 — and I’ve seen a lot of cool things this week! 🤯🎬 Meet the brand new Tilta Autofocus Adapter — a device that adds full autofocus capability to your PL Cinema Lenses on your Sony camera and it is an absolute game changer!
What makes the Tilta system so special and different from anything else out there is that it uses Sony’s native autofocus system — including touch focus — right out of the box. No special apps, no workarounds, no third party software. Just plug in and shoot. 🙌
For filmmakers who have invested heavily in PL glass but want the incredible autofocus performance that Sony cameras are famous for — this is the answer you’ve been waiting for. The creative possibilities this opens up are genuinely exciting.
I was so impressed that I already preordered one and I cannot wait to get my hands on it for a full in-depth review. Stay tuned because this one is going to be good! 👀

This one is really cool! 🙌 At NAB 2026 I got to chat with the one and only Armando Ferreira — one of the most popular voices in the filmmaking YouTube community — who has teamed up with Core to launch the brand new PowerVault charging system and honestly this thing is genius! 🔋⚡

GoPro just changed the game at NAB 2026 and we are here for it! 🙌🎬 Say hello to the brand new GoPro Mission 1 Series — and yes, you read that right, GoPro is making a serious play at the cinema camera market and it looks absolutely incredible!
The Mission 1 lineup comes in three models — the Mission 1, the Mission 1 Pro, and the Mission 1 Pro ILS — and all three are capable of shooting stunning 8K video. But the real showstopper is the Mission 1 Pro ILS which features a MFT Mount, essentially making this a tiny but mighty cinema camera that you can throw in your pocket. 🤯
GoPro has always been the king of action cameras but this feels like a whole new chapter for the brand. The idea of having 8K cinema quality in such a compact form factor is going to open up creative possibilities that filmmakers have only dreamed about.
