All I wanted was to check what time it was. One notification turned into 45 minutes of scrolling, 3 arguments I wasn't even involved in, and suddenly it's 1 AM. My screen time report is about to roast me so hard tomorrow morning. This phone addiction is getting seriously out of hand and I need help.

'I'm 5 minutes away' is my most used lie and everyone knows it. I'm literally still in the shower with shampoo in my hair having a full concert. My friends know my 5 minutes actually means 30 minutes plus traffic. If you have a friend like this, tag them and expose them right now 😂

You circle the lot for 10 minutes, finally find the PERFECT spot right up front, and then realize it's parallel parking only. My anxiety left the chat immediately. I'd rather park a mile away and walk than attempt that with 10 people watching me fail. Please tell me I'm not the only one who panics.

Mom said 'we have food at home' so I opened the fridge with so much hope and found 17 different sauces, expired yogurt, and pure disappointment. That ketchup collection is not a meal, Mom. Growing up was realizing this was the biggest lie we all lived through 😂

Made coffee at home to be financially responsible and felt like a real adult for 10 minutes. Then drove past Starbucks and suddenly I 'needed' a $7 latte for my mental health. My budget is crying and my caffeine addiction is thriving. This is my toxic trait and I'm not even sorry.

I set 5 alarms, placed my phone across the room, promised myself I'd be productive... then woke up at 9 AM and turned them all off in my sleep like a professional. My sleep schedule is basically a magic trick. Who else is the CEO of snoozing alarms?

Found the perfect $20 item and felt so proud of myself until checkout said shipping is $40. Like excuse me, are you delivering it by private jet? I abandoned that cart so fast. Online shopping is just emotional damage at this point, I swear.

I can call his name 20 times and he acts completely deaf, but the second I barely touch the cheese drawer he teleports into the kitchen like a superhero. Selective hearing is real and my dog invented it. Dog parents, you know this struggle is way too real 😂🐶

Payday was literally 5 minutes ago and somehow my money already has plans without me. Rent said bye, bills said hello, and my card said let's go shopping. I swear my account disappears faster than free donuts in the break room. Anyone else get paid just to be broke again?
