John Gray Writer is SO generous and always looking for ways to help!

A number of you suggested we try to get ‘The Carpenter’s Son’ into the hands of people who could use a little hope in their lives, but who perhaps can’t afford it. For some, there is no ‘extra’ money to spend on books… just keeping food on the table is a challenge.

Several years ago, we did a campaign like this with my children’s book, ‘Keller’s Heart’, and through your generosity we sent hundreds of books to children in schools in lower income districts all over the country.

Because my new novel is faith-based, I discussed this idea with my publisher Paraclete, and they agreed that this time we could target individuals who might be struggling in this difficult world, including those behind bars or in veteran’s homes.
I also suggested, and they agreed, that some of you may want to send books to a church or a school of your choice.

Because these books are being offered at a deep discount, I won’t be making any commission on the sales and if any money does come my way because of this campaign, Courtney and I will donate it to charity.

This isn’t about making money. It’s about spreading a little kindness and hope in a world that is too often starved for it.

You can sponsor a whole case of books or a half case by contacting Sharon at Paraclete. The phone number listed goes to her cell, so you can call her whenever you like… all I ask is that no one call after 9 PM so she can get her rest. You can also email at the information listed and if you’re sponsoring these books, you can designate where you want them to go. These prices listed include the shipping cost no matter where you want them sent in the United States.

Hey, even if we sell a few boxes of books and send them out to a prison or a veteran’s home… It will likely make a difference in someone’s life.
