How to glaze your ham this Christmas.
Glaze Recipe
1 cup orange marmalade
1 cup cranberry relish
16 oz pineapple juice
1 cup water
1 brown sugar glaze packet
2 oz bourbon
1 tsp scotch bonnet puree(optional)
Try this glaze recipe and be sure to tag me if you post it. While your han is in your smoker or the oven, start Glazing after the first hour, and then every 20 minutes until the desired internql temperature is reached.

How I made some beef pho, but with a BBQ twist. First, I created a pho inspired spice rub from the dry pho spices, seasoned the beef ribs and smoked them low and slow. Roasted the shanks bones to get the marrow out to make a compound butter, then used the roasted bones, and some fresh bones to create the iconic pho broth with a hint of smoke.
