We write to you as the physicians and medical staff of Oroville Hospital.
You may be aware that Oroville Hospital is currently navigating a Chapter 11 restructuring process. We want to speak to you directly during this time—not with legal language or financial detail, but with clarity, reassurance, and commitment.
First and foremost: our mission has not changed.
Every day, our physicians, nurses, and clinical teams continue to show up with the same dedication, professionalism, and compassion that this community has relied on for generations. Emergency care, inpatient services, outpatient clinics, surgical care, and specialty services remain focused on what matters most—the health, safety, and dignity of our patients.
Chapter 11 is a process designed to stabilize and strengthen organizations so they can continue serving their communities. Throughout this transition, our medical staff remains deeply committed to:

• Preserving access to local healthcare for the Oroville region
