Looks like it’s gonna cost more to keep things clean, now that Procter & Gamble plans to raise the price of everything from Crest toothpaste and Tide detergent to Luvs diapers and even toilet paper.
They blame tariffs since a lot of the ingredients and raw materials come from Canada and other countries.
Expect them all to cost at least five-percent more starting next month.
Consumer products giant Procter & Gamble offered an annual earnings outlook that was below analysts’ projections and said it would raise prices on about a quarter of its products in the U.S. in part due to costs of President Donald Trump’s tariffs.
