I first fell in love with topical magnesium when I was pregnant. I had the worst time falling asleep and dealt with restless legs, I found a magnesium lotion that I SWORE by to help me get to sleep faster while pregnant.

Over 75% of adults are deficient in magnesium. Magnesium can help aid in easing anxiety and depression, better sleep, restless legs, muscle cramping, migraines, low energy and much more. It’s also an awesome deodorant alternative, even on those blue collar boys (yes I took one for the team and smelt his pits after 12 hours in the sun 😬).

If you are deficient in magnesium you will feel a tingle or itching feeling when spraying this on sensitive areas such has armpits, legs, and stomach. You will not feel it if applied to the bottom of your feet. After regular use the tingling will eventually subside.

I bought a little 4-tier greenhouse to keep my cat away from my seedlings and it’s honestly brought me so much joy. Sometimes I open it up just for that burst of humidity and fresh greenhouse smell 😂
