Each year, the Oshkosh Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. Tomorrow night, I'm filming a traditional Anishinaabe Torch Hunt from a canoe on the Bear River (Lac du Flambeau Reservation).

I decided to use my GoPro as I may tip the canoe over. My last canoe adventure ended that way.

Yesterday, I had a chance to explore Milwaukee's historic Third Ward. It was (and continues to be) an important bastion for the area's Italian Community.

Up until 1969, the 'Our Lady of Pompei' Church was the epicenter for resident's life. It was called 'The Little Pink Church'. A replica was recently built further north on Cass St.

The Italian American Center is the perfect place to research the history of the area.

The adventures continue.
