Meet the young woman behind the mission of Brinkley's Boutique on Main St. The mission is to spread awareness and raise money for Williams Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder. Owner Barb Nelson's granddaughter Brinkley was diagnosed with the disorder when she was 11 months old.
