Do you know a lot of woman struggle with cortisol and adrenal fatigue? I did and I was so sick and I wish I would of known sooner how to correct it!
 Sometimes your body needs additional help, but overall cortisol healing is doable if you follow the correct steps ❤️

Morning coffee on an empty belly is not your friend ☕️
Drinking coffee on an empty stomach may spike cortisol levels and create a stress response in some people. The goal when healing your cortisol is not to spike it more  which is ultimately made your body sick in the first place
To prevent this, you can either eat a meal protein filled meal before your morning coffee
 here’s an alternative drink I like having some times instead of coffee, SOMETIMES 🤣☕️
1.  organic milk if you are working on macros, you can save calories and swap it out with any other milk, almond milk or coconut
2.  mushroom “coffee”  mix, which is filled with tons of rich ingredients to nourish andand support your body. You can buy really expensive ones online but I stick with the organic brand from Pick ‘n Save. $9.99
 also great for Macro counting only (5 cals)
3.  cocoa powder do you know cocoa powder offers a plethora of health benefits? Go chocolate!!!! 🍫
4.  I add my collagen in their Great Lakes is an awesome clean brand. Do you know you don’t have to spend $50  to find yourself some good collagen?  Theres some great brands out there with a high price tag, but if you don’t have that don’t sweat!
