This was me on the left with extremely high cortisol. I was working out so much and working so hard on my diet.  The scale would not budge.

 After some research on  the correct supplements to add in when it comes to cortisol balance. The weight started dropping off with the diet and exercise. I had already been doing for months on end.

 In 4 months I dropped 35 pounds which for me was unreal!  it was because I balanced my cortisol which allowed my body to finally relax

 Some people get bothered that people promote products for sales but these supplements and the supplement company I choose to use totally changed my health game! I shared them with everyone I know because I know the quality and the results are  superb!!!

Let’s take a look ⬇️ 👀

If your reading this you most likely know that you have high cortisol or are suspicious of it!

Cortisol is a hormone in our body that is necessary,
It’s the primary stress hormone, it increases glucose in our blood stream which aids in repairing tissue. It also allows our body to respond to harmful situations with fight or flight options.

however, if the body continues to have prolonged stress, it will start pumping out too much cortisol creating high cortisol in our body

General signs and symptoms of too much cortisol include:

weight gain, mostly around the midsection
weight gain and rounding of the face.
Fatigue
thinning skin

Everyone kept telling me…

“Just eat less and work out more.” if I heard it one more time, my head was gonna 🤯

I was struggling so bad to lose weight while working out constantly and eating a consistent diet

But no one told me this 👇

When your cortisol is out of balance, your body will literally fight fat loss no matter how disciplined you are. I had no idea my prolonged stress had created an excess amount of cortisol flow

I learned this the hard way after feeling constantly:

• exhausted
• anxious
• wired but tired at night
• gaining weight around my stomach
• craving sugar even when I ate “healthy”

Once I started focusing on balancing my cortisol, everything changed!!!!

Here are 3 things I wish I knew earlier that maybe can help you

1️⃣ Overtraining can backfire
I used to think more workouts = faster results.
Turns out too much high intensity exercise can spike cortisol, making fat loss harder. I was working out so hard!

Walking daily + strength training a few days a week worked FAR better for me.

2️⃣ Sleep is a fat loss hormone reset

Less than 7 hours of sleep keeps cortisol elevated the next day. I was using Netflix to relax after the kids went to bed and I was skipping out on sleep.

Once I prioritized 7–8 hours consistently, my cravings and energy completely changed.

3️⃣ Blood sugar stability = calmer cortisol

Skipping meals 😬, caffeine before protein, and no protein were wrecking my hormones.
Once I focused on protein, balanced meals, and the right supplements, my body finally started responding

In 4 months I lost 35 pounds, but more importantly…
my energy, mood, and sleep improved dramatically.
