Starting your fitness journey doesn’t have to be complicated! Here’s a simple, beginner-friendly workout to get your body moving and your energy up 💪✨

🏃‍♀️ Warm-Up (3–5 minutes)
• March in place
• Arm circles
• Light jumping jacks (or step jacks)

💪 Beginner Circuit (Repeat 2–3 times)
• 10 Bodyweight Squats (slow & controlled)
• 8–10 Modified Push-ups (on knees or wall)
• 10 Glute Bridges (great for core & glutes)
• 20–30 second Plank (knees down if needed)
