Judge Jeffrey Farrell filed his ruling Friday, stating that the state must allow Achieva to reopen the resort “as soon as reasonably practical,” but no later than March 12, 2026.

A district judge granted a temporary injunction that orders the state restore Achieva Enterprises as the operator of Honey Creek Resort state park as a lawsuit continues.
