One of my favorite weekends is happening this week!

FIFTY LAKES DAY this Saturday! Who else is excited?

My chocolate chip sandwich cookies(pictured) are back this week! Along with a new line up of Gourmet Cookies.

Last weekend I started my individual specialty rolls and you all went nuts over them! I think the Rasberry White Chocolate was the favorite, but the S'more flew off the cart just as fast. So this weekend new specialty rolls will be back on the cart! One of the specialty rolls will be Bleubwrry and Cream....and the 2nd? Well you will have to come see me to find out.

Bring Dad and Grandpa out to Strictly Mushrooms LLC Vendor Market on Sunday and let them enjoy a day of vendors and food truck (not sure who the food truck is this week but I am sure whoever it is, it is sure to be great.)

UPDATE from Strictly Mushrooms LLC food truck is PLURAL meaning not 1 but 2 food trucks, my favorite pizza around this area, Rollin' Dough MN will be there AND Iwona's Pierogies, I personally not have had the pleasure of trying yet but have been waiting for their arrival. Looks like I will be having 2nd lunch this Fathers Day!

Yall sold me out of my chex mixes this past week so new batch coming as well!

Also I will have my jams on Saturday only at Fifty Lakes and I am introducing my new BBQ sauce on Saturday, you will not want to miss out on this.

Plus the chickens will be on the cart....cockadoodle-doodle 😄

Wildrice Cranberry Bread this week!

Also making fresh white sandwich bread!

Monday I slipped and landed on my old knee and my leg went into a direction it hasn't been in years!

It's not getting better so...I have to make some changes to my menu this week. You will still see lots of favorites at all three markets just not as much as I was planning.

First, THANK YOU! The last few weeks you've been buying me out faster than I can keep up, and I couldn't be more grateful.

After a few weeks of trying to keep fresh baked goods stocked four days in a row, I've realized I need to work smarter, not harder this summer. I want to continue bringing you the homemade goodies you love while also making time for my family and grandchildren.

Beginning immediately, you'll find what I am stocking each day.
