PCC and PCI (Pre-Combat Checks, Pre-Combat Inspections) are individually and team performed checks on ones gear prior to step-off for any operation. This is the time to perform functions checks on fi****ms, ensure all electronics are working as intended, kit shakedowns to minimize wasted space, etc.

This is initially checked by the user or operator and a follow-on inspection is then done by other team members or leadership.

This is something that you can apply to your daily routine, or any special outing you find yourself on (Hike, hunt, road trip, etc.). How many of you are applying these ideas to your daily life?

There’s an old proverb that says: If it ain’t rainin’, we ain’t trainin’

Now we believe fully in this. We also believe fully that your equipment should not be hindered by weather or debris. The open bottom of our T-Series holster prevents rocks, sand, mud, shell casings, and anything else from preventing your reholster. For our LE officers, when going hands on with a suspect, you want to ensure that your gun is secured back in its holster and you aren’t fighting both a person and your gear.
