This December at TLE, we’re shining light on each and every unique little learner with our December theme, Celebrating You! 🌟

This joyful theme helps children develop their understanding of different cultures and strengthen their collaboration skills! With the guidance of Tito Toro and Ping Panda 🐮🐼, our adventurous character friends, children will explore family traditions, foods, music, and celebrations from around the world — all while learning the importance of self-expression and honoring what makes us all wonderfully different. 🌍

During December, little learners will be engaging in activities such as…
🍲 Sharing family traditions and favorite foods
🎶 Dancing and making music inspired by cultures around the globe
💌 Creating special cards, gift bags, and artwork to express appreciation and spread joy

The learning can even continue at home! From cooking a family recipe together, making a photo collage, or exploring music from different cultures, there are so many ways to celebrate what makes your family unique and special.

Let’s celebrate the wonder within us all!

There is another reason to be "Happy" about being part of The Learning Experience.
The International Franchise Association has elected Richard Weissman as one of 14 new leaders who will serve a three-year term on the IFA Board of Directors. The term begins in February 2026. Richard is part of a select group the IFA says, "represent the best of franchising."

Richard's input on the IFA Board will have a positive impact on the franchise business model and the opportunities it creates.

The International Franchise Association is the world's largest trade group dedicated to protecting, promoting and enhancing franchising.
This recognition by the IFA is another example of what makes TLE so special.
