1/23/24 ♥️ 14 years

and I have hit 14 years I can not believe it’s been that long and yet so short. I have a good memory, I believe it’s because I truly savor moments. I recount memories and play them back in my mind often. And the memories I have with Rocky are innumerable.

Our life isn’t perfect. But, often it feels quite close. I’m blessed to have a man who is my best friend (that’s my favorite part). He is often making me laugh. He loves me on my best of days and worst of days. He is so encouraging and speaks praises.

The best part though, he doesn’t just see me, he sees the richness and intricacies of who I am and who I can be. He understands how I think and how I see things. God has truly gifted me with Rocky. And I know He has brought us together. 😊

♥️Ephesians 3:20 “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,”

♥️1 Corinthians 13:8 “Love never fails”

♥️ Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 “Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; But how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.”

The effects of 2020 hit me hard in June of ’21 when life finally settled down. I was not longer pregnant nor postpartum with a baby but I was juggling homeschool, with a toddler and a preschooler, home responsibilities with systems that got turned upside down. I was emotionally eating, not prepared to meal plan, and I definitely was not as physically active in the gym or naturally with the family. I felt surrounded by chaos, and stuck. I knew I didn’t have it in me to follow a strict system which I kept trying and failing to do.

And then, I listened to my own coaching and realized I was just taking ketones to take them. I wasn’t using them as a tool or supplement, but a crutch. Currently, I’m back on track and I’m now taking ketones while implementing healthy habits like drinking water, getting simple daily movement and eating intentional.

I’ve already lost 8 pounds in 8 days and feel my energy back!!
I’ve discovered that this is a simple product when supplemented with simple steps can transform anyone in their wellness journey.

I was asked recently to share my greatest accomplishment…. My answer, motherhood!

Now I am writing this on a day that has been really tough. Full of some yelling, timeouts, restrictions, sensory overloaded feeling defeated and the list goes on.

But, before being a mom I wasn’t even sure if it was for me. I knew I had a lot of selfishness to be dealt with and selfishly I didn’t see how it benefited me or what I had to offer.

Since being a mom. I’ve been found!! I didn’t get lost in motherhood, the best version of me was uncovered and constantly being developed. I’m proud today that I am patient and growing in patience. I am blessed today to be place of comfort and safety even when I feel like I have no personal space or time. I’m so honored to care for and nurture 4 amazing kids even though it is exhausting.

I’m not perfect but everyday I see their faces I am encouraged to rise up, work hard and live as an example to be better for them.

It may not be easy but it’s worth it!

I’m refocusing on my business again, while doing ALL THE THINGS us moms do. I’ve pulled back this last months and o realize how much it was a blessing (community, structure, serving and financially too).

I’ve realized how much it’s a blessing to be aligned with a:
💰 debt free company
📦 that owns its products
⚒️ manufactures it’s own products (no supply chain issues here).
🧪 doctor created products
🔑 patented packets
🧠 provide better fuel for the brain
💪 muscle maintenance
🍽 appetite suppression.
